This is a booklet of activities I have created to introduce some vocab about Halloween to my KS3 groups. I use it with Yr7s and 8s. This resource contains a vocab page and a total of 14 different activities. I have included the pdf as well as the Publisher document I used to create it. I have designed this booklet to help my students collect as much information as possible about the Social Background of the movie 'Volver' by Almodóvar. It also contains activities and an essay title.

As my students wanted to see some examples, I took the time to write a few model answers myself for three different essay questions of the Edexcel French and German papers. I hope you find them helpful.

Regarding the new A level specification, I am creating documents containing as much information as possible about popular events in Spain. I am from Seville, so I have started with ‘La Feria de Sevilla’ for obvious reasons. This document includes very detailed information about this event. It also includes a variety of activities. Here are a series of documents to develop the topic of Euthanasia in class (Spanish A level students). It comes with very different activities such as reading and translation and it includes all the answers. It also comes with a few activities about the Spanish movie 'The Sea Inside'. Although we don't study this movie in depth (as we do 'Volver' by Almodovar), I make them watch it and complete a few activities about it too. I hope you find it useful!

This Power Point includes: A vocab page to introduce some Halloween characters to students. Game 1: guess the character (part 1 - students see a picture and they have to click on the correct name). Game 2: guess the character (part 2 - students see a word and they have to click in the correct picture). Game 3: guess who - uncover clues and get rid of the characters that do not match.
