I have done model answers for the 2018 ‘Medicine through Time’ exam paper to help students studying Edexcel 9-1 improve their exam technique to access the highest grades.

Two narrative question model answers to help pupils understand the end of the Cold War. I find that students find the events from 1989-1991 difficult to understand and so I have done these model answers to help. They are; Write a narrative account analysing the main developments in the collapse of the Berlin Wall during 1989. (8) Write a narrative account analysing the key events in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe in the years 1989– 91. (8)

Designed to boost cultural capital this information PowerPoint, 30 question quiz and teacher answers looks at fashion in Britain in the 1940’s, 1950’s, 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s. I designed this to take place in form time over 2 days. The form tutor goes through the PowerPoint one day and the following day the class divides into groups of 4 and do the quiz. Please see all my other quizzes which can feed into an end of year quiz between the two highest scoring teams in each year group.
