I am an experienced English teacher of both Literature and Language, and also Classical Studies at High School level. You will find text-based resources for novels, poetry, plays and film study in my shop for Years 7 - 13. The resources are generic to the text so are suitable for any curriculum. I am also a passionate believer in effective literacy learning hence the emphasis on phonics resources in my shop.

This is an ideal resource if you are looking for a quick revision activity for Romeo and Juliet. Students have to match the quote to the character. Quotes can be pre-cut and matched to the characters as an independent activity or the quotes can be read at random and students have to write the quote next to the character they think it belongs to.

3 page activity that focuses on the parallel scenes of Vidal’s feast and the Pale Man’s lair. Students are asked to sketch both scenes, noting the detail, dialogue, guests etc., present in each scenes.
