Roadmap to show the year overview in Science Y8 following CIE Checkpoint. I use it as a poster so that students can follow the scheme of work for the school year in a simplistic way. The traffic lights (end of unit tests) show the unit number with a colour code depending on the science. I have included a printable version and an editable version so that it can be tailored to fit other textbooks. The objective of this activity is to introduce students to science while fostering team collaboration and getting to know each other.
