Full lesson powerpoint and activities for Lateralisation and Sperry’s study. I get the students to complete the notes sheet while working through the powerpoint. They then complete the evaluation using the pink haired girl text book.
Numerous video links throughout the powerpoint.

A document that examines what questions have been asked on previous topics before on AQA Psychology papers (Year 2 ones only).
It plots how many marks have been asked on each sub-topic and then colour codes the topics by how likely there is to be an exam question on them in the next exam:
Red - less likely
Green - Likely
Disclaimer: AQA does not follow a pattern with exam questions and there is every chance even the “red coded” areas can be asked. This is purely for teachers to use to devise mocks etc and I wouldn’t advise giving this to students.
A simple checklist for students on two pages for the whole of the New AQA Psychology specification
Covers Paper 1, Paper 2 and Gender, Forensic, Schizophrenia and debates for paper 3.
Two fun revision activities with students to ensure they read exam questions correctly and follow instructions.
1: Give all the students a chocolate (Cadburys heros work well) and they have to complete the sheet describing, evaluating, comparing their chocolate.
2: Students will need a blank sheet of paper for this. This is a fun activity to do with a group to ensure they read instructions. Students will complete a series of instructions which are pointless but it says to read all instructions first. If they do read them they will know only to complete one or two of them but most dont do this and end up completing all of them.
Resource gives a basic overview of what I teach in each lesson for year 1 with dates of 2022-2023.
Good to show how long works well to spend on each area
Paper 1 and Approaches and RM from Paper 2
Based on 3x90min lessons a week
This includes two sets of key terms for A2 Paper 3 mainly. It includes key terms from:
Forensic,
Debates
Schizophrenia

The large set can be used for numerous games - see sheet of ideas which is included.
There is a smaller set included specifically for Pictionary as not all words would be possible to draw.
This is a range of exam question from short answer to shorter essay (10 marks). It includes about 40 marks worth of questions. Students can be given all of them or just some of them. I used them to create two different tests for 2 different classes.

I have also included some exam questions and mark schemes for some memory questions and a sheet where they say what key research has supported/contradicted in the memory topic.

This is a set of the Research Methods Key Terms for the Year 1 AQA A level Psychology course. BRILLIANT FOR REVISION ACTIVITIES. I have included 6 suggestions (and instructions) for how the cards can be used.

Also includes a powerpoint of 67 key terms from the new spec Forensic module. Perfect for students to do the hot seat revision activity. Have one student sat at the front (back to the key term) and their team has 45 seconds to describe the word on the board to the student. I split them into teams and then give each team in turn 45 seconds to get as many as they can. You can mix it up by having a member from each team at the front and then you describe the word to see who gets it first.
Check out my revision ppt for forensic - covering the whole topic in short. Or a bundle of forensic resources - perfect for revision.
