This resource includes a high quality PowerPoint presentation which can be delivered to your class/tutor group or in an assembly.
There is also an activities pack which contains some no-prep required printable worksheets, ideal for teenage students to do during tutor time or in Citizenship lessons. Do you want to educate your students about the dangers of Cyber Bullying? It is a rising problem among teenagers and young people in this age of social media, so this resource will offer your students the opportunity to consider the dangers and effects of cyber bullying by encouraging them to discuss and reflect on realistic scenarios.
I have used this resource on different groups of students from year 7-10 and it has proven effective for all ages. It’s interesting that each age group has brought out its own conversations from this resource.
I find it shocking how many young people (especially those below the required age of 13 to even have a social media account) are suffering from cyber bullying online and don’t yet have the skills to handle it. This resource has made a significant difference to my students and I can only hope they go on to spread the word to others!
I hope that my resources save you hours and hours of time: something we always sacrifice so much of as teachers. ❤
Do you want to teach your students about the 400 year old tradition of why we light bonfires and set off fireworks on 5th November?

The PowerPoint and worksheets are simple and fun to work through, require no preparation from you and give plenty of activities to fill the week leading up to Bonfire Night!
You can go through the PowerPoint first to give students background information, and then either work through these activities together or give students the choice on which ones to complete. You could even set some for homework and encourage some research and background reading on the topic too!

The idea is really simple to implement: when you see your students demonstrating a particular growth mindset skill (there are 40 to choose from in this set!) you can award them this desk tent for them to proudly display on their desk while they work!
This method is highly motivating and encouraging for your students to do their best. As they are growth mindset themed, they are effective at boosting your students’ confidence and self-esteem.
