The power point contains monologue workshop activities in order to support students through their choice of monologue as well as vocal and physical exploration. There are two resources attached to support the activities. Most of these activities can also be used when exploring duologues as well.
This devising unit of work asks the question whether it is socially and morally right to discriminate, and it encourages students to explore this topic and create original pieces of drama to answer the question.
There are two workshops where racial discrimination is explored through the Rosa Parks story, two workshops where age discrimination is explored through "The Old Man and His grandson" by the Brothers Grimm, and two workshops where gender discrimination is explored through the suffragette movement.
There is a unit of work, and a power point that accompanies this.
When purchased, you would need to source your own suffragette pictures, and Rosa Parks information due to uncertainty of including them in this for copyright reasons, but the Brothers Grimm story is included.

This fairytale drama scheme of work was written for KS3 Drama. The unit of work includes lesson activities, learning objectives, outcomes, homework and suggested open and closed questions. The main focus of the unit of work is creating traditional fairytales using non-naturalistic techniques, as well as exploring modernising the plot.
Included in this bundle are 10 KS3 Drama cover lessons and 5 "Blood Brothers" Cover lessons.
These lessons can also be used as a one off lesson as all include lesson objectives and tasks. Some lessons will require you to print the stimulus, but this is referenced in the lesson.
This unit of work contains six drama workshops based on Susan Hill's "The Woman in Black". Each workshop has a clear objective and suggested activities.

This Unit of Work has been adapted for Component 1 of the new Edexcel syllabus. However, it can be used for any Devising Unit or Theatre in Education Unit. The scheme of work includes lesson objectives, learning outcomes, suggested activities and homework, as well as suggested open and closed questions.

This drama improvisation scheme of work was written for a KS3 Drama group. It contains suggested activities with extension tasks, homework, lesson objectives, learning objectives and suggested closed and open questions for each lesson. There are seven lessons included in the scheme of work.

These differentiated question cards can be used by KS3 and KS4 Drama students when watching pieces of drama. The cards are differentiated for higher, middle and lower ability students within your group.
Hand the cards to students prior to watching the performance and they need to identify elements of the performance that will enable them to answer the question.

The Black History drama cover involves students researching influential figures, and then students becoming those characters in an original setting. You will need to provide the information about these figures from the internet. The lesson contains objectives and suggested activities.
All three resources contain six one hour drama workshops each. There are two script sets of workshops (DNA and The Woman in Black) and there is a devised workshop where students will question if it is socially and morally right to discriminate.

This student resource can be taken to a live performance in order for students to take notes. There are key words which will support performance and production roles, and there are examples from "The Woman in Black".
This unit of work looks at the genre of pantomime and enables students to look at pantomime conventions, characterisation, dialogue and production values. It can be used as a KS3 scheme of work, or for any devised unit at KS4.
