A lesson to start learning French which I have used with year one and two and which can be adapted to suit practically any year group. Flashcards can be made from the pictures in the slides to practise the language through games. Once the phrases are embedded. listen out for them in a song like the one I have set up a link to, and the children can identify which are mentioned, and which are not.
