Cut out the parts of a spaceship and piece them together, then add up the numbers in each spaceship part to come up with a sum to enter into the tailpiece of the spaceship. The spaceship parts can contain easy (single digit) or challenging (double digit) numbers, and can be printed out in color or in black and white so that your students can complete the coloring themselves. The Crayon Colors Creative Craft is a fun and interactive craftivity for your students to complete individually or as a group. First, students will cut out and fold the crayon boxes to serve as folders for their crayons. Next, they will cut out the individual crayons, and then draw pictures or write words of items of that particular color inside each crayon. You can brainstorm colorful ideas as a class or you can have your students come up with their own ideas.
