A lovely reading activity based on the story of The Tortoise and the Hare for children to practise their reading, memory and sequencing skills.
Includes one printable sheet for a child’s personal use. They can read, cut, colour and stick these 8 pictures in the correct order.
Blank sequencing page
-Also includes a larger set of the pictures for teaching purposes which can be laminated and used to model the activity or simply used as posters.

If you want to add extra challenge, black out the numbers before photocopying for the class so that they have to use the reading cues to sequence the captions!
