This writing resource works well along the RSPB Bird Watch which takes place this time of year. Whether children are actively bird watching outside or simply learning about birds around them, it is a great way to engage with nature. This Chinese New Year is the year of the dragon so the writing focus is going to be on a character description of a Chinese Dragon.
