Occupations Scavenger Hunt:-
Purpose : At the end of this Scavenger hunt students will be able to learn various occupations with their importance in society along with vocabulary on it.
1. Print the 32 Scavenger Hunt cards on card stock or brightly -colored paper and cut them apart along the black lines.
2. Make copies of the Scavenger Hunt questions worksheet. Each student needs a copy.
3. Place the Scavenger Hunt cards around your classroom where students will be able to find them. You can put them on chairs, on the computer keyboard, on the back of your classroom door, on the sides of student desks, on the chalkboard or wherever you like.
4. Students have to search the room and find all of the sentence cards to answer the questions. You can differentiate by having students work alone or with a classmate.

This booklet includes 14 simple passages of a story as reading comprehension checks along with phonics reader practice.

This ‘ICE BREAKER’ game as FUN is designed for BACK TO SCHOOL resource!
Directions to use this resource…
Let students complete the given all questions on their own.
Instruct students to make a columns chart on the back of their card which is equal to the number of questions on the card. Write numbers 1-7 at the top of each column.
Tell students to roam around the room, sharing answers. Decide how many of their answers were almost the same with each person they talk to. Write each person’s name on the chart in the column that matches how many answers were the same.
Get together as a class talk about the common answers in chart with your classmates! Who is most alike?
This ice breaker is great way for kids to introduce with their new classmates!
