Used it with year 8 and they loved it! Simple recap of rules for er verbs present tense, followed by future and past tense. Plenary : angry birds translation game. I put pupils in 6 teams of 5, they need to smash the wall by getting the translation right and they then pick a number on the wall and behind it are points (it could be +2, +5 or even -1). Engagement 100%

A school-wide treasure hunt game. Perfect for Year 7/8 You need 30 participating teachers across the school, they will each receive a card with a flag, a country and a capital city that they can wear on their badge. The pupils will need to go on a hunt to find all the information (country + capital city) that each teacher has. Challenge : a blank map of the world to colour all french speaking countries found. Have fun!
