Display: French Speaking Countries / Les Pays Francophones
This display is based on some of the countries that speak French (not only the official 29)
It is available in 2 different styles.
Style 1: A simplified version of the display based around the camera roll you might find on a mobile or tablet.
Style 2: This version contains more detail and has some simples facts about the countries as well as some hashtags written in French. (This version is also probably more time efficient as it requires less cutting out) This display would also work well alongside with the French GCSE 9-1 Photocard display.

GCSE French Speaking and Writing Question Booklet
This booklet is designed for speaking and writing preparation.
Print as an A3 booklet and there should be enough room for students to write a detailed answer in French and English.
There are 10 core questions per theme with additional questions in red for more able students.
I have created parallel texts/model answers for all the core questions. These are available to buy separately or as a bundle.
I created these resources to try to engage a more challenging group who weren’t opting for French at GCSE. I used it as a follow to Module 4 in Studio 3 and as an End of year project. The class completed the tasks then worked in groups to create their own cabin crew style presentations / videos - they loved it and so did I :-)
These worksheets were created to compliment Expo 3 Module 4 On y va. There is a worksheet designed to help lower ability pupils create a simple fact file about Normandy and surrounding areas.
The Bayeux Tapestry worksheets consist of a simple version of the story in French and English, a crossword using the key vocabulary from the story and a worksheet with pictures to help them create their own version.
Once purchased, simply delete the word ‘preview’ from the documents.

Display: Interactive French Calendar (les jours, les dates, les mois, les saisons, le temps)
Use this display each day to show the day, date, month, season and weather.
This is ideal for a primary or secondary classroom.
Move the green boxes and arrows to high-light the appropriate word/number/image each day. It’s a good idea to laminate the green boxes and arrows so that that last longer if they are being moved each day.
Pupils really enjoy being in charge of changing the display - they also enjoy reminding me when I’ve forgotten :-)

This is a Free Sample of the paid for version of a PowerPoint containing vocabulary match up starter activities for each unit in Studio 2 Module 1.
I have included key vocabulary for each unit. If you don’t use Studio these will still be useful as I’ve labelled the topic as well as the Unit title.
Each topic contains a match-up slide, an answer slide and a vocabulary test.
Use the Hyperlinks in the slide column to get to the section easily.
I use these at the beginning of every unit, it’s a great settling activity and also forms the basis of homework each week.
