A ppt with funny pictures of extreme body types (very tall, fat, small...) and a worksheet with sentences in German (Er ist gross, Sie ist klein...). Teacher shows pictures and says sentences in German, students work out the English translation by looking at the pictures and then write it on the worksheet next to the German sentences. Afterwards they can use the writing frame on the worksheet to describe themselves. Not to be used with classes that will get too excited by funny pictures!
