A pack of resources for teachers working on Time or teaching the months of the year. The activities can be used as stand alone lessons or a unit of work. There is a lesson plan with objectives, resources and activity ideas. Resources include a collection of 12 colour circular pictures denoting each month of the year. Children can cut these out and sequence them and paste onto the blank template. There is a worksheet for each month of the year which shows the monthly symbol and calendar. Children are asked how many days there are in each month, what day each month begins on and to add any stars for special days. Children write in all the days for each month. The circular colour months can be enlarged to make useful flashcards.
