Tricky Words Flowers Displays
Incorporating motor skill activities into learning routines, especially for young children, can be beneficial for both their physical development and cognitive growth.
Steps:
Print them
Laminate them
Stick them or hang them
Ask children to:
Call Out a Word: Call out a tricky word from the list.
Tap on the Word: Ask the children to find the called-out word and tap on it with their hand.
Spell and Tap: For an added challenge, ask the children to spell the word out loud while tapping on each letter.
Sentence Formation: Have the children tap on multiple words and then use those words to form a sentence.
Jump on the Words: Call out a tricky word and have the children find and jump on the corresponding word on the floor.
Word Hunt: Hide some words around the room and let the children search for them, bringing each word back to the floor to place in the correct spot.
