(PDD and Word doc) For each topic, there are 10 sentences from English to French (45 marks) + 2/3 paragraphs to translate from French to English (45 marks). The translations include key vocab on the topic as well as varied grammar points (including more complex structures and “traps”.) At the end of each topic, there is a recap page, where students can add new vocab they have learned as well as tricky grammar aspects that they would need to revise. If you're looking for more summary task for AS Have a look at this booklet This article on the protection of Modern Heritage in Liège can be used to cover the topic of Heritage for the A-Level Exam. It includes an article to summarise in 90 words, a true or false reading comprehension of that article as well as finding synonyms. Two short translations are also included. One French to English on the topic of the protection of modern heritage in Liège and one English to French presenting the association Docomomo. The worksheet is presented according to the AQA format. This board game will allow your students to practice for their speaking Exam in a fun way. They will move, on the board game allowing them to pick up cards with questions on the three topics of the new GCSE as well as “Challenge Card” and photo card description. The students will judge each other on how satisfactory their answers are to continue moving on the board game or staying on the same question until they have provided a developed answer. The game contains 16 Question Cards per three topics, 16 Challenge Cards, 16 photo cards and blank cards allowing you to add your own questions/photos/challenges. A3 and A4 formats are provided.
