With over 20 years of experience in the classroom, I am a passionate and versatile educator and musician currently leading the Music and Drama department at the International School of Moscow. I have a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Music) and a Bachelor of Music from Goldsmiths, University of London, and I am a Grade 8 standard pianist with exceptional improvisation skills. I have successfully taught Music, Drama, and Humanities to students of different ages and abilities, and I have led large departmental teams and recruited teachers. I have also organised, hosted and led various educational events, festivals and programs, Directed music lesson timetables and exams, theatre shows, and musical theatre lessons. I am proficient in using IT tools for educational management and data-driven decision making. I have launched ABRSM Music exams in Russia in 2019 and have worked with local and international charities to raise money through music events throughout my career.
