My shop includes resources that I love using in my own classroom to enhance teaching and learning. Most are free, but some have a small cost attached to reflect the work required to put it together. I hope you enjoy using them, please leave a review and comment for feedback as I’m always looking to improve in any way I can.

The resource is designed for young people, aged 12+, who have social and communication related difficulties. It may benefit those with Autism or Neurodiversities but will also suit a range of learners who find social interaction, relationships, communication and independence more difficult for any reason. The workbook is packed full with 50 pages of activities that are designed to be used in the classroom or at home. This workbook can be used as a programme of work on social skills for learners who wish to develop these skills. It’s important for the teacher or adult working with the learner to check each activity for suitability for their individual student and that the programme is suitable for the individual.
The topics covered include: Knowing Yourself, Relationships, Emotions, Independence and Social Scenarios.
The booklet is in read-only PDF format.
It can be used with compatible text-to-speech software and coloured backgrounds have been used on most pages so that the booklet is dyslexia-friendly.

This board game can be laminated and printed out as many times as you like for pupils to play and learn about Brazil. They must answer questions throughout the game about Brazil. There are 42 question cards, so pupils can play again and again without getting bored of the questions.
Please review if you purchase, I welcome your feedback warmly.
This resource was written for a Year 6 end of term play. The resource includes: an original script based loosely on the film 'Fame' and a casting list. The songs suggested can be edited to include songs that your drama class or group currently enjoy. The play was a huge success in my school in 2012 with parents and children enjoying it greatly.
Save £1 by buying both games together. A great way to save money on pricey alternatives, print as many as you like for years to come!
Stop the Bully! -This game encourages conversation about scenarios which involve bullying, encouraging children to puzzle out what to do in groups and learn from others.

To supplement the Tiger Reading and Literacy Cards, I have created 12 games for children to use to enhance their understanding of vocabulary, openers, punctuation and adjectives/adverbs.
The games are levelled:
Blue- age 8-9 approximately
Green- age 10-11 approximately
Purple- more able readers and writers
There are four different games at each level (12 in total)
Vocabulary Game- pupils choose a more interesting synonym for an underlined word, if they have to choose a thesaurus then they must return to the space they came from.
Adverb Game- pupils change a given adjective and subject into an adverb within their own sentence
Openers Game- pupils are given an opener which they must use within their own sentence to stay on the space
Punctuation Game- pupils use mini-whiteboards to use the given punctuation mark correctly in a sentence
These games can be used to cater for different levels within one class whilst all still practising the same skills, or they might be spread through a number of year groups to support learning. Print out, laminate and keep forever! You'll always have the file to replace them once they are lost or looking a bit tatty around the edges.
