Brand new resource 4 questions on Poulenc’s Trio for Oboe, Bassoon and Piano (2nd movement). There is an overview of Poulenc’s style and there are also extension tasks intended for class discussion or paired work. Each question focuses on one section (so A1, B1, B2, A2) Screenshots give a good idea of content. All answers provided, (although I’m sure that there may be more!) The score that I used for reference was one found on imslp (only one on there, but not public domain in the EU)

Mainly conjunct melodies (to develop confidence and enable better understanding). All answers are provided in a separate booklet. Each extract of music (there are 23 different pieces) features melodic dictation, as well as questions on time and key signatures, instruments, cadences etc. The questions are very typical of listening papers in all exam boards.
