Adapted using symbol sentences for SEND students/students who cannot read independently. Contains 2 powerpoints and around 5-6 worksheets/activities surrounding place value and ordering numbers in a variety of contexts (2 of which include planning cooking times and calculating who wins a race). Number cards can be made and used with clothes lines/pegs to aid in engagement. Originally pitched to 14-18 year old SEND students.

Powerpoint and worksheets adapted with symbols and symbol sentences to support SEND students. Activities and PowerPoint involve ordering days of the week and months of the year. The worksheets also include answering questions about various calenders (e.g. finding events on the calendar and writing their date/time, or recognising if someone is free on a certain day).

Two PowerPoints recapping halving and quartering with another PowerPoint containing a quiz around finding a third, fifth or tenth of shapes. Worksheets (8-10 in total) contain activities encouraging students to find the fractions of shapes and of arrays.
