Opposition in Tsarist Russia - looking at reasons why Tsardom was so unpopular, and therefore why oppositional groups grew and ultimately assassinated Alexander II. This opposition then fed through to Alexander III’s reign and into Nicholas II’s reign and was a long term cause of the Revolution and his abdication. All resources included, lesson is ready to go and part of my huge shop focusing on Imperial Russia.

Alexander II - Emancipation of the Serfs and other reforms - Russian Revolution. A full set of lessons focusing on Alexander II and the Tsars of Russia.
