A grid which is designed to be used by individual children to track their progress towards the '100 score'.
There are two versions of this grid included.
The PDF contains a version with pre-populated 2018 *estimated* '100 score' - based on the previous years tests (plus a little extra in some cases, just to be sure) and a blank version to manually write in your scores.
The PowerPoint comes with a version where you can type in your own '100 scores' - which can be used in future years, as the score will inevitably fluctuate.
It is the correct size to fit into the backs of most exercise books, so children can record the progress themselves.

The resource includes large month cards, designed with relevant emoji symbols to represent a key event from that month. The also included is an editable powerpoint file to add names to the colour coded signs.
There are two types of signs included:
1. Simple Name - Just to simply include the child's name on a colour matched sign
2. Photo - A large space to include a photo of the child, with their name underneath.
