Hello! I am a qualified teacher and have experience teaching and tutoring in a range of establishments and privately. Business Studies is my main subject but I have also taught PSHE and other topics.
Most of the resources I sell have been used in my classes, so they are tried and tested but let me know what you think of them! I love constructive feedback, positive and negative.

How well do your students know the UK from Ukraine? Here’s a fun and educational game for you and your class to enjoy!
I created it as a starter activity to do with my students and put it on YouTube so other people can play it too. I have found it to be a good lesson resource, and a bit of fun outside of lessons, so enjoy!

How to play:
For each country, you will be given 3 clues to guess what it is
You can guess once after each clue, so a total of 3 guesses
The first clue is the hardest, so a correct guess then will give you 3 points
Guessing correctly on the second clue will give you 2 points
Guessing correctly on the third clue will give you 1 point
11 countries, maximum 33 points
Or play it simpler and get one point per correct answer. 11 points maximum

If you have the same word as any other player, you both get 0 points for that word
There are 3 rounds, so put on your thinking cap and get your pen or thumbs ready to write down those answers. Enjoy!

Get fully researched PowerPoint slides and a worksheet for STIs and contraception. There is a quiz at the end of the slides and video links in the Notes section (not created by me). It includes everything you need for a sexy and informative class!
The STIs covered are: chlamydia, gonorrhoea, genital herpes, genital warts, HIV and HPV. There are some graphic images to encourage them to take it seriously. The main twelve contraceptions are covered.
This could be taught as one lesson or split into two. I had planned to deliver it as one session, so the contraception section is not very long.
Resources included in this pack:
PowerPoint Slides
STI worksheet
Save time and stress with this resource pack bursting with educational activities. It was developed for a fun interactive lesson about healthy eating and includes loads of information about the 5 main food groups and 3 relevant activities. All of the research has been done for you!

This is a fun practical lesson to get students away from textbooks!
This resource was made for students as a revision checklist. It includes all 6 units and every topic from the syllabus, reflecting the new changes for the 2024 exams. It is represented as a table with 5 columns for the students to rate their confidence for each topic, from “not at all confident” to “very confident”. This will show them what to focus their revision on. There are also lines for notes at the end. In total, there are 10 pages in this resource.
It does not include any revision notes, it is a guide for students to take responsibility for their learning and identify what they need support with or revision for. I’d recommend using in class as a regular checklist throughout the school year, perhaps after any recap lessons or revision reminders. It’s never to early to start revising! Students should then continue filling it in themselves and take ownership of it, ensuring they turn as many of the frowns into smiles as they can.
Alternatively, this can be used as a checklist for teachers to help them ensure they have covered everything. Let’s face it, we’re not experts at everything, so teachers can also use it to see what areas they need to brush up on. I know I need to brush up on some stuff…
I have also created an A-level checklist with all 10 units.
I hope you find this useful!

This is a PowerPoint presentation I put together with the key information about the 3 papers students do for A-level Business Studies with AQA. It is also very relevant for other exam boards, but the links to the practice papers are for AQA.
This includes a BONUS PowerPoint with top tips for the students!
It has a starter activity, then dives straight into how to answer the 4 main command words (analyse, describe, evaluate and explain) and what to expect for each paper (the weight, total marks, structure etc). There are links to the AQA past papers referenced in the Notes section on the slides. I have found it is better to show the students examples as opposed to just talking about the papers, so some slides have very few words on them.
The next slides focus on how to answer the Analyse and Evaluate questions, which are the big markers (9-25 marks). There is an example and practice question for each, which they should practice answering in class, and answer structures they should use. I have then included indicative content the marker will be looking for in the answers and the mark schemes. Ideally, they should self-mark or peer-mark to give them more confidence practicing questions without you or another teacher marking it for them.
Hopefully you find this useful! I kept referring back to these slides all year.
