1918-1939 GCSE AQA History Bundle of 8 Entry Task Quizzes, Answer Sheets and Tracker

I have used these each lesson for the delivery of this course and it has helped all students to retain the information better. Every lesson I start with a new quiz and keep returning to different quizzes to keep checking that students have fully learned the information. A quiz tracker is included, which students record and update to show their progress. I have seen a marked improvement in retention and the students have given excellent feedback on these.

Brilliant as 5-10 minute starters for each lesson you are covering the Civil Rights Movement in America. There are many different activities including word searches, sudoku, spellings and numeracy. Great to show how numeracy and literacy is being included in your lessons.

Malcolm X - PPT and Source Activity GCSE Civil Rights

Great mystery PPT to introduce the character of Malcolm X. Students are presented with primary sources from Malcolm's background and make decisions about the type of person Malcolm was and infer what was likely to happen to him in life. Students are always surprised to learn this is actually Malcolm X. A great way to introduce a key character of the Civil Rights Movement.

Weimar Germany Revision Answer Building Blocks

An excellent way for students to choose the building blocks needed for different questions relating to Weimar Germany. I use these laminated and bring them out over the course for students to see that as long as they know the building blocks they can relate the information to any question they face on the examination.
