I am currently a secondary school teacher at a school in Norfolk. I teach a number of abilities throughout the school and try to design tasks and resources that will help all abilities reach their potential.

These two spreadsheets will automatically highlight the box to the gold, silver and bronze standards as set by English Athletics. With the long distance events, please make sure that you put the times in using a colon and not just a full stop. The spreadsheet will not recognise this as a time. Please leave a review to let me know if there is anything I could add/change.

This is a booklet that can be used for KS3 to teach them about fitness. It covers warm ups, taking heart rates, different muscles, different machines that can be used to train each muscle. Please leave a review to let me know if there is anything I could add/change to the booklet.

Report tracker spreadsheet

We have found this incredible useful at school. There are pre-written targets (these can be changed or even added to) to assign to students who are on trackers. As a HoY (I also have a google drive version), I email every week with the link to the spreadsheet (I hide previous weeks), any student that has targets next to their name is put on a tracker (if they are on a form teacher tracker form teachers give these out, any other report is dealt with by the relevant people). I can then use this to monitor if they have passed or failed using data from our behaviour programme. Typing P or F into the P/F column for each week will automatically turn it green or red to signify a pass or fail. I hope this is useful!

This resource covers a number of different shots, grips, and rules of table tennis for students to follow. There are also QR codes that send students to videos that will help visualise what some of the shots should look like.

There are 4 different revision resources for the Unit 1 exam. I have used this for a group that are disengaged and need to have that choice in how they revise. Worked really well for them!

Level 1/2 BTEC Sport Unit 1 Monopoly

This is a great revision game for students to play whilst preparing for their Unit 1 assessment for the level 1/2 BTEC Sport course. The board should be printed in A3 and ideally laminated, with the playing cards printed and used as questions. It helps gives the teacher an idea what the groups weaknesses are too.
