Cover Manager

Permanent Role

Required to start September/October 2024

Up to 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Grade 4, Point 12 (Range: Point 12 to 15)

Actual Salary: £24,312.00 to £27,433.00 based on 37 hours per week

(FTE £27,803.00 to £31,364.00)

We are looking to appoint an organised, proactive and dynamic Cover Manager to organise and manage daily cover for absent staff with a start time of 07:15. It may be necessary to organise and welcome external supply staff whilst following the necessary SCR legislation procedure.

The role will also offer the opportunity to provide cover and support in the classroom during busy periods, this will enable a firm understanding of the team and will be key in best placing Cover Supervisors within the timetable to ensure that the curriculum is maintained for our students in Years 7 to Year 11.
