Act 2 Scene 3 Macbeth - The Porter's Speech

There aren't many examples of essay questions focusing on the Porter - the one at the end of this worksheet is therefore useful. Since the Porter's cameo is so short, Act 2 Sc 3 can I think be helpfully juxtaposed with Act 5 Sc 1. Both scenes serve as breaks from the main current of the play, both are middle-of-the-night scenes, and Act 5 Sc1 references the knocking. Other connections and comparisons can be made too.
