Critical Path Analysis - student-led kinesthetic learning

A full lesson including lesson plan, a great way to introduce critical path analysis to students.

The main activity involves students using resources attached to physically create a critical path analysis for the business project (in this case XBox one launch, to which the project can easily be changed). Students create the diagram by using help cards and CPA cut outs being able to draw the CPA, and enter the ESTs, identifying the critical path. There is an extension opportunity to look at LFTs plus an interactive quiz at the end. A great resource for talk less teaching focusing on student-led investigations.
