Edexcel Business - Quality Management

A new series of resources aimed at assisting teachers with the delivery of the Edexcel A Level Business specification. This resource specifically looks at topic 2.4.4. Quality Management. This PowerPoint presentation looks at the concept of quality and quality management techniques such as quality assurance, quality control, quality circles and TQM. It also examines the role of Kaizen and concludes with an assessment of the competitive advantages achieved through the use of quality. The slides contain several activities with suggested answers including the Quick Fire Five and a 10 mark practice question.
