Holiday - vacaciones

These resources will work alongside mira or your own scheme of work. They are fun, engaging and easily adaptable. Lessons and activities are covered in depth through the presentation, with activities easily printable from powerpoint presentation, as well as those attached.

These lessons look at all aspects of holidays, with countless slides, tasks and engaging activities, including a carousel lesson and a 20 page mini booklet.
By the end of these lessons students will be able to recognise different types of accommodation, use the pretertite tense confidently in order to describe their holiday, use future tense to describe a future holiday and the things they will do on that holiday, use the preterite tense to describe the weather, use imperfect tense to describe accommodation, and as mentioned finish up by practising all these skills in an engaging carousel lesson.
There are a variety of activities, games, tasks and slides you can use straight away or change to suit your lessons or teaching styles.
(Originally designed for Year 9/first year of KS4 but can be used with other year groups).
