This resource is designed for the revision of four tenses (present, preterite, imperfect and future), the theme of holidays and time expressions. Its aim is primarily to build confidence by using prior learning in an exciting new context.
It is about a trip to Mexico thereby there is lots of opportunity for cultural knowledge and understanding.
A range of holiday activities are introduced in their infinitive forms and by the end of the lesson students will be able to use them in four tenses to describe a holiday to Mexico.
The resource includes games, verb drills, a gap fill and translation activities.
Instructions are included at the bottom of each slide and there are extension ideas there too.
