This lesson got a great response from Ofsted and students. It can be delivered to KS3 or KS4 students studying the Cold War. It goes through the events of the 13 day crisis as 'breaking news.' This dramatic technique works well if the events are cut out and out in envelopes for students to open and read to the class as the lesson progresses.
