The article is a good example of using sociology in business. It focuses on STEM careers and why the Australian governments is turning to sociology. It also explains organisational behaviour: What is it and why it is an important science related to sociology and psychology in the STEM industry. The article includes a video discussing the history of organisational behaviour and an interview with organisational behaviour scientist Dr Kohyar Kiazad.
The activity sheet includes discussion points - seven questions the students can answer in groups or individually. There are also links to educational activities.
