This unit of work for IT BTEC LEVEL 3 - Unit 12: IT Technical Support - Learning Aim A includes information about two organisations and they run their technical support to their employees/clients/students.
Organisation A: the college I work at (easily editable to adjust to your school/college but not required as you can students can create their work for any organisation.)
Organisation B: A local Independant bank
Included in this resource is full case studies on each organisation as well as question and answer sheets. Each PowerPoint has speaker notes for ease of delivery and relevant examples to the assignment.
