Nursery Rhymes 1 fort Left-handed Guitar (& Bass) with Tablatures/Chord Charts

A resource for class or peripatetic teachers in primary education.
The ‘Nursery Rhymes 1’ collection can be used as a stand-alone resource or as a continuation from the ‘Intermediate’ level from our shop.
All songs use the G major scale notes.
The Bass Guitar booklet is a complimentary resource for class/school orchestras to allow a bassist to accompany the guitarists.

You will get two PDF booklets:

• Guitar Tabs & Chord Charts
• Bass Guitar Tabs
  Both are aimed at left-handed players.

FOR WHOM?
Intended for primary school students. Can be used in a secondary school setting at your discretion.

TABLATURES (MELODY)
The formatting of the notation follows the ‘Beginner/Intermediate’ guitar booklets from our shop, with standard guitar tablature and note names below the tablature staff.
Most of the songs have ‘Intros’, which can be skipped if desired.
The songs have marked A (verse) and B (refrain) parts, making them ideal for studies of music arrangements.

CHORD CHARTS & STRUMMING
Under the tablature staff, chord strums are presented with standard strumming symbols for guitar/ukulele, with up/downstrum signs on top of each strumming note.
Chord names are given above the strumming staff.

THE BASS GUITAR BOOKLET
This is an optional resource that could be used either for an individual student on its own or as a member of a guitar ensemble. It provides very easy bass guitar parts for the tunes used in the guitar booklet.

NURSERY RHYMES FOR OTHER INSTRUMENTS
This song collection is in the G major scale. Other booklets in this series include Guitar (right-handed), Ukulele (in C major), C-instrument, Harmonica ©, Recorder (D) and Ocarina (D).
