A very structured for students to practice writing sentences as they are being introduced to the present subjunctive. For the present subjunctive, only regular -ar, -er, and -ir verbs are used. There will be a total of 20 sentences.

Students will combine elements from columns A, B, C, D and E to form sentences with the present subjunctive with the following guidelines:

  1. There must be 2 different subjects (persons) for every sentence (do not repeat any)
  2. The introductory verb in column B should be conjugated in the present tense
  3. The verb in column E should be conjugated in the present subjunctive tense
  4. Write your sentences on the next page on the template provided

Suggestion: Students can also work in pairs to create sentences and orally share with the class
