Present tense regular verbs sentence activity

Present tense sentence activity with regular -ar, -er, and -ir verbs

For each verb type (-ar, -er, -ir) students will write original sentences using the following guidelines.

1. Write the correct verb ending in the first blank

2. Add 3-4 words in the second blank to expand on the sentence

There are 10 sentences per verb type. English translation of infinitives is provided for reference. Verb endings for -ar, -er, -ir verbs are also provided.

Page 1: -AR verbs: hablar, ayudar, tocar, practicar, estudiar, mirar, regresar, viajar, tomar, nadar

Page 2: -ER verbs: comer, beber, aprender, correr, comprender, deber, vender, leer, barrer, esconder

Page 3: -IR verbs: escribir, vivir, abrir, recibir, compartir, decidir, añadir, discutir, repartir
