This is a way of visually summarising Twelfth Night. The children use the negative and positive statements and put them next to ladders or snakes , as appropriate. More able students can write it in their own words, ( by using the sheet as a guide) and less able can cut out the key words and stick them in. Extremely able children can grade the more serious and less serious and put next to correct length snake/ ladder etc. At the end the children can play the game. I make them work in pairs, but it can also be used individually. By the end of the game the whole story is summarised. .
