For each subject (person), write the correct conjugation of Tener, que, and after the infinitive (-ar, -er, -ir) add 3-4 words to expand on the sentence. You can add more than 3-4 words, if necessary.

*Students will write a total of 12 sentences.

*A structured template is provided.

*The infinitive is included in every sentence.

*A table with conjugations of Tener and the English translation of infinitives is included (Ex: hablar: to speak)

Sample:

Subject : Yo + Conjugation of Tener + Que + hablar + ___________ (add 3-4 words)

*After the 12 sentences, students will write 3 sentences on what they have to do (3 sentences with the Yo conjugation of Tener).

Answer key is included on pages 3-4 for the conjugations of Tener only. Student answers will vary for the sentences.
