Big Ideas specialises in innovative community engagement. We bring individuals and communities together to create lasting change. Inclusion is at the heart of our work. Dr Virginia Crompton founded Big Ideas in 2015 to create new spaces for communities to come together and make lasting change. From taking action on racism to encouraging more women and girls to work in STEM, Big Ideas programmes empower participants to make a difference on the big issues we all care about. In 2023 alone, over 54,000 people across the UK took part in one of their programmes.
