This book list for EY (broken into Preschool age 2-3, Nursery age 3-4 and reception age 4-5) recommends read aloud picture books, non-fiction texts and poetry books based on the Pie Corbett Talk for Writing program to ensure coverage and progression.

This menu offers students the opportunity to self-select the way in which they would like to demonstrate their learning for their summative assessment. It is also a good resource for educators to keep summative assessment methods varied and fresh.

This reference document allows teachers to see how each of the concepts taught through the White Rose Maths program, aligns with the new 2021 EYFS standards for Mathematics for 3 and 4 year olds and children in reception. The excel document includes an overview of the standards covered in each of the WRM phases, as well as a detailed breakdown of each of the standards covered for each concept within each phase. There is also a standards based view which allows teachers to see at a glance which standards are covered by which concepts in each phase.

For use in a raffle style reward system. The children earn golden tickets throughout the week then on Friday two tickets are drawn and those two children win a prize.
