I have been teaching for almost 20 years. I trained as a specialist Computing teacher in the UK and moved to New Zealand in 2007 to take up a HOD position at a large college (Y9 - Y13). In 2007 I started work for Code Avengers developing new curriculum content for the recently launched "Digital Technologies" learning area for the NZ MOE. Since working for Code Avengers I have written over 15 online courses covering topics such as Computational Thinking, Programming, Data Representation, Networks & Security, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence. I have also developed hundreds of hours of lesson plans and activities which I am pleased to be able to share with teachers on this platform.
