I am an enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious individual who strives to attain constant progression and skills within the field of science and academia. I have acquired and implemented good organisational and teamwork skills through previous experiences. I am a reliable individual, passionate about science and for helping others, which is why I chose to study a medical bachelor’s degree. I learnt about the anatomy of the human body and the physiological and biochemical processes that occurred therein, for disease detection, prevention and treatment. Studying in the university’s comprehensive laboratory helped me utilise the advanced aseptic microbiological techniques I learnt throughout my three years at the university of Bedfordshire. Although by specialism, I am a biologist/medical scientist, I have been fortunate to gain comprehensive knowledge in chemistry during my years at the Manchester Enterprise Academy, The Manchester College/UCEN and Runshaw College.
