There are two documents in this packet: The academic student contract sheet helps put in place strategies to get the student to improve their grades, but also lets them know that they are in danger of failing if they do not turn their academic performance around. The daily monitoring sheet is a tool to help parents, guidance counselors and teachers see what is going on in all of the students classes daily. The sheet is set up to record a whole week of what the student has done and has not done. The documents are in Microsoft Word and can be easily edited to meet the needs of individual schools.

He makes an awesome speech to rally his men.
