They cover resilience, self care, self esteem, anxiety, feelings and emotions. They are accessible to children of all ages, presented in a fun and colourful way! They can be completed using jottings or doodles and are a lovely tool to get talking about looking after your mental health. Suitable to be delivered at home by parents or in school
