Yoga Session Booklet
This contains 4 yoga sessions planned to last approximately 30 minutes each. The booklet also includes diagrams, how to and difficulty level for each pose as well as some challenge poses. Additional videos of sessions can be purchased separately for those not wishing to demonstrate.
Find the pair warm-up game
Set of cards split into pulse raiser, dynamic stretches and static stretches. Students lay cards face down and try to match the pair in their team. when pair is matched, the team perform that warm-up. Great to engage groups in warm-ups and excellent opportunity to teach importance of warm-ups and warm-up process.
