I Have Who Has is a great game to play whole class to practice numbers, additions/subtraction fact, sight words, or in this case, the Arabic Alphabet. Each student takes a card and reads which letter of the alphabet they have, followed by who has the next letter.
EX: "I have A, Who has B?" (English Version)
The child that has the corresponding letter reads their card and so on, until every card has been read.
This pack includes:
1 set of cards with all Arabic words and letters
1 set of cards with English words and Arabic letters

Owing to popular demand the iPad license pack is now available in COLOR and CHEVRON design.
These are "iPad Licenses" for your students. Once your students have been properly trained in the correct ways of using an iPad (using two hands, sitting with the iPad, sharing with their friends, etc...) they are given their "iPad License". If they break the rules and use the iPad inappropriately, their license is "revoked" until they prove they can use the iPad independently.
Please note this is a PDF file.

This is my "Melting Crayons" experiment. Students will be shown 3 different forms of crayons:
Crayon shavings, broken crayon pieces, and a whole crayon. Each form of crayon should be placed between a folded piece of wax paper, then pressed on with an iron for a number of seconds, no more than 20-30. Ideally the whole crayon will take the longest to melt, while the shaved crayon will melt the easiest. The idea is to get an understanding of what heat energy can do, but also to see which form of crayon "matter" will melt the easiest.
Students will complete the first side of the activity together before the experiment, then do the experiment, and finally will write about their conclusions. The recording sheet follows the scientific method/process skills when conducting an experiment.
Step One: Make Guesses
Step Two: Determine if the test is fair
Step Three: Experiment
Step Four: Draw the experiment
Step Five: Discuss findings
Step Six: Suggest an alternative item to melt

These are two social games to help students realize their connections to each other. This game includes 25 game cards, and colored "I Can Connect" cards.
Game 1: In a group, one student at a time reads aloud one of the 25 game cards. If the students can relate to what is on the card, they hold up their "I Can Connect" card.
Game 2: In a large group, or in smaller groups, students individually share something relating to themselves, such as personal interests. If others in that group can relate they hold up their "I Can Connect" card.
Both games are designed to let students see more ways they may connect with their peers, and to encourage discussions in class.
