Treasure Map PPT game (co-ordinates starter)

(9)
A quick Co-ordinates starter activity. Choose a kid to give a co-ordinate, you *click* that square, and a symbol will appear. Either a dolphin, shark, treasure chest, coin piles or a 'nothing symbol'. There are two variations, depending on how much time you have. A 6x4 grid or a 8x6 grid. (Note: If you want to edit the map to use a second time: Make sure you move the square behind as well as the picture.)

Emoji Christmas songs and Carols

(3)
A small & quick puzzle I used as a filler. What are the titles of the 7 Christmas songs shown in Emoji? The 'pack' includes the 7 songs as individual PNG files, and 1 PDF file of them all. Enjoy!

Colour Wheel (PowerPoint)

(4)
A quick and fun way to select options. The first slide gives a choice of 4 speeds, select one and it will transition to a spinning wheel. Click and the wheel will stop. When finished, click the arrow to go back to the start.

Jonah and the Whale

(1)
A quick PowerPoint starter linked to the Bible story of Jonah. Can be used in lesson or assembly. Simply click on one of the 6 whales - if they've swallowed Jonah, they'll vomit him up and swim away!
Character Flash Cards

Character Flash Cards

(2)
Seven individual A6 flash cards in PNG format: Astronaut, Ballerina, Grandma, King, Pirate, Superhero & Swimmer. I use them as a drama starter - each child is given a flash card, they silently act as the character whilst locating others doing the same. A more interesting way to divide a class into smaller groups.

Christmas Assembly (Advent 1 - Isaiah 9 Prophecy)

(0)
An outline for a whole school assembly for Primary school - Collective Worship. One I did for the first week of advent, but can be easily adapted for any week in December. Using the Bible passage Isaiah 9 (God's Son, The prince of peace, The king).
Points behind the door

Points behind the door

(1)
A fun way to give points to a class, group or individual. When they complete a classroom task, they choose a door which either has a 'bag of money' with plus points, or has a robber with minus points. Also attached is a 'no robbers' variant.

Pick one of the three cars. Then click once to animate: the countdown, the race and the finishing medal reveal. Can be used for a variety of classroom activities. I’ve used it as a plenary to finish a lesson with - answer a question, if it’s the correct answer then the child can pick a car. The three kids then race - bonus point for coming first.

Phonics Word Wheel - Blending "ng"

Spin the top circle to reveal different words ending in ‘ng’ (king/fang/bang/song/wing/ping/ring/sing) How to make: Print both pages and cut out the two circles. Cut the dotted shape in the top circle. Put a split pin through both circles. Note: I’ll be making other word wheels in the next few weeks!
